We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, without damage, stains, or missing parts unless caused during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@enaron.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide detailed return instructions and, if required, return authorization. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, customized or personalized items, and clearance or final-sale products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective. If you received the wrong item or if your order was damaged during transit, we will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
