4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Once verified, we will process a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
We will handle carrier communication if damage occurred during shipment.
5. Non-Returnable Items
