This policy follows U.S. consumer protection laws, international e-commerce standards, and applicable European Union regulations.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

  • After 30 days, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • European Union customers have a 14-day legal right to cancel or return an order for any reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Enaron LLC reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, misuse, or missing components.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will process a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

We will handle carrier communication if damage occurred during shipment.

5. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with health, safety, and consumer guidelines, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, plants, flowers)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care, hygiene, or beauty items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and digital downloads

  • Clearance, final-sale, or “non-returnable” labeled items

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item.

  2. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

This method ensures availability and faster processing.

7. European Union Consumer Rights

Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law.

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

Returned items must still be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

8. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may require up to 10 additional business days to post the refund.
