This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on enaron.com by Enaron LLC. It is publicly available and does not require you to log in or create an account to read it. All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
1. Shipping Regions
Enaron LLC ships within the United States only. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories where our carriers provide service.
We do not ship outside the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., you cannot complete checkout for delivery to an international address on our store.
2. Shipping Rates
Our standard outbound shipping rates for U.S. orders are:
- Orders under $50: $5.99 flat-rate standard shipping
- Orders of $50 or more: Free standard shipping
Expedited shipping (estimated 2–3 business days after shipment) may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Any expedited shipping cost is shown clearly before you place your order.
We do not add shipping charges after your order is confirmed. The total shipping cost shown at checkout is final.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is successfully authorized.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing time is separate from transit/delivery time.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited shipping (if selected at checkout): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, remote delivery locations, or other factors outside our control.
5. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship U.S. orders through trusted domestic carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your order is selected based on package size, destination, and service availability.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery status.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Enaron LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
We ship to valid U.S. street addresses and U.S. P.O. Boxes where carrier service allows. We cannot ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@enaron.com with your order number. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
