Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to make it easy to return or refund your order.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@enaron.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item or items you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item, a damaged item, or an error on our part. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@enaron.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the item in most cases.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, contact us at info@enaron.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is confirmed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval email, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@enaron.com and we will look into it right away.
