At Enaron, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery procedures.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
4. Damages
Enaron is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@enaron.com with photos of the damaged goods, and we will do our best to assist you with a replacement or refund.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Enaron is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you made an error, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
